Sean Hill plays bass in DUBSONIQ. He brings to the trio a wealth of live performance experience and has performed in the Pacific Northwest and Quebec for the past 15 years. Playing heavy bass lines, and schooled in the Jamaican tradition of dubwise bass, his style is rootsy .He has worked, performed and recorded with well-known reggae artists such as Yabby You, Clinton Fearon, Sugar Minott, Jackie Mittoo and Horsemouth Wallace and has played key roles in many reggae bands such as Dub Central, Kaliroots, and The Cultivators. As a producer, he has worked with the legendary Jamaican singer Yabby You; co-producing his latest CD release Jah Will Be Done” and works for the independent label PROPHET RECORDS.
